As the soprano soloist at First Presbyterian Church of Hollywood, Lena performed selections of a new work Mass From Two Worlds composed by music director Ariel Quintana. While pursuing her B.M., she was awarded Second Place with the Southern California Philharmonic Young Artist Competition and competed as a semifinalist with the Lyra New York Competition. At CSULA, Lena performed on campus and out within the Los Angeles community at companies such as Pacific Opera Project and Independent Opera Company.
